FCRS provides residential and commercial roofing services, including roof replacement, roof repair, storm damage restoration, solar panel installation, and related services in Alabama and Georgia. The Site is for informational, marketing, and lead-generation purposes. Any actual roofing services will be governed by a separate written contract or agreement signed at the time work is authorized.

3. Use of the Website

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Use the Site to harm, harass, defame, or impersonate others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site
• Use automated tools to scrape, copy, or republish Site content
• Interfere with the operation of the Site or its security

5. Inspections and Estimates

FCRS offers free roof inspections and written estimates. An estimate is not a binding contract; a separate written agreement signed by both parties is required before any work begins. Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance unless otherwise stated.

6. Insurance Claim Assistance

FCRS may assist you with documentation, photos, and adjuster meetings related to roof insurance claims. We do not act as a public adjuster and cannot guarantee any specific claim outcome. The decision to approve, modify, or deny a claim is solely the insurance carrier’s. You remain responsible for paying your deductible and any costs not covered by your policy.

Important: FCRS does not waive, rebate, or pay deductibles. Any contractor offering to do so is committing insurance fraud, which is a felony in Alabama and Georgia.

7. Financing

Financing is offered by third-party lenders, not by FCRS directly. All financing is subject to credit approval, lender terms, and applicable law. FCRS is not responsible for the policies, decisions, or actions of third-party lenders.

8. Disclaimers

The Site and its content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. FCRS does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Information on the Site about pricing, materials, warranties, and timelines is for general informational purposes. Specific terms governing your project will be set forth in your written contract with FCRS.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FCRS, its owners, employees, and contractors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Site is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.
