Storm Damage Roof Repair & Insurance Claims

Hail. Wind. Falling trees. Joshuwa has handled hundreds of storm claims across Alabama and Georgia. We meet your adjuster on the roof, document the damage right, and fight for the payout you’re owed. 24/7 emergency tarp service.

// First 24 Hours After a Storm

What to do in the first 24 hours.

01  Stay off the roof. Wet shingles + adrenaline = ER visit.
02  Take photos from the ground of every visible issue — missing shingles, dented gutters, downed branches.
03  Save anything in your yard from the storm (broken shingles, hail). Document don’t toss.
04  Call us before you call your insurance. We’ll inspect free, document right, and tell you whether a claim makes sense.
05  If there’s an active leak, we’ll get out for an emergency tarp the same day if the weather lets us.

// We Handle Your Insurance Company

We fight for you.
Not the other way around.

After hundreds of claims across Alabama and Georgia, Joshuwa knows which adjusters do the right thing and which ones look for any reason to deny. We meet your adjuster on the roof. We document hail strikes with chalk circles and a measuring stick. We fight underpaid scopes. And on the rare occasion an insurance company drags it out, we file the supplements that get you paid.

We’ve worked successfully with State Farm, Allstate, USAA, Liberty Mutual, Travelers, Farmers, Nationwide, Auto-Owners, Alfa, and most regional carriers. The honest video on the homepage breaks down which carriers we love working with and which ones make every claim a fight.

// Frequently Asked

Storm damage, answered.

How do I know if my roof has hail damage?

From the ground you usually can’t tell. Hail strikes show up as small circular bruises that knock granules loose — something only visible up close. We’ll get on the roof and tell you within 30 minutes whether you have a claim worth filing.

Should I file a claim?

Only if there’s documented damage worth more than your deductible. Filing a claim that gets denied can still hurt your premium. We inspect first — free — and only recommend filing if it’s a legitimate claim.

Will my premium go up?

For storm-damage claims (hail, wind), most carriers can’t single you out for a rate hike — it’s a community-rated event. Premiums can rise across the area after a major storm, but that happens whether you file or not.

What if my insurance denies the claim?

We file supplements with photo evidence, get a re-inspection ordered, and where needed bring in a public adjuster. We’ve reversed dozens of denied claims. We don’t fold easily.
