Roof Replacement in Alabama & Georgia

Atlas Pro and CertainTeed shingles. Photo-documented written estimate. Financing available. Free inspection from the owner himself — no pressure, no upsells, no “limited-time” gimmicks.

// 8 Signs You Need a New Roof

When it’s time to replace, your roof tells you.

01 Curling, cracking, or missing shingles
02 Granules in the gutters
03 Daylight visible in the attic
04 Sagging roof deck or ceiling stains

05 Roof is 20+ years old
06 Recent hail or wind damage
07 Energy bills creeping up
08 Insurance company won’t renew

Not every one of these means you need a full replacement. Sometimes a $400 repair beats a $14,000 tear-off. We’ll give it to you straight after we get on the roof.

// Shingle & Material Options

Atlas Pro, CertainTeed, GAF, or metal.
You pick. We install it right.

We’re Atlas Pro certified, which means you get the strongest manufacturer warranty Atlas offers — something only a handful of contractors in Alabama and Georgia can say. We also install CertainTeed and GAF architectural shingles, plus standing-seam metal roofs for homeowners who want a 50-year roof in one shot. We bring real shingle samples to the driveway so you can see the color in your actual sun, not in a glossy brochure.

For Alabama and Georgia heat, we recommend Atlas Pro StormMaster Shake or CertainTeed Landmark Pro — both rated for 130 mph winds and built for Southeast humidity. Metal is the right call for homeowners who plan to be in the house another 30+ years and want low maintenance.

// What It Costs (Real Numbers)

Cost factors, no fluff.

Most contractors will dance around price until they’re sitting at your kitchen table. We won’t. A typical 2,000–2,500 sq ft asphalt-shingle replacement in Alabama or Georgia runs $10,000–$18,000 depending on roof pitch, layers to remove, decking condition, and material grade. Metal roofs add 50–80% to that. Insurance-covered storm-damage replacements typically cost the homeowner only their deductible.

Your specific quote depends on your specific roof. We’ll get on it, document it, and give you a written estimate the same day. Financing available with no payment until the job is complete — see the financing page.

// Frequently Asked

Roof replacement, answered.

How long does a roof replacement take?

Most homes in the 2,000–3,000 sq ft range are done in 1–2 days. Larger homes or steep-pitch roofs may take 3 days. We don’t leave a roof open overnight — your home is dry-in by the end of every workday.

Will my insurance pay for a new roof?

If your roof was damaged by a storm, hail, or wind — yes, almost always. Standard policies cover damage from “named perils.” We’ve handled hundreds of claims across Alabama and Georgia and we’ll meet your adjuster on the roof. See our insurance claims guide.

Do I need to be home during the install?

No — plenty of our customers are at work while we install. We’ll text you progress photos throughout the day and walk the roof with you when we’re done.

What’s your warranty?

Atlas Pro shingles include a lifetime limited material warranty. Because we’re Atlas Pro certified, you also qualify for the extended Atlas Pro Signature Select warranty (transferable, covers labor, up to 50 years). Our workmanship warranty is 10 years on every install, plus free annual roof check-ups for life.

Do you offer financing?

Yes — monthly payments through our financing partners, with no payment due until the job is complete. Details on the financing page.

Can you also install solar at the same time?

Yes — and you should. Doing roof replacement and solar in the same job saves you on labor, eliminates coordination headaches between two contractors, and gives you a single warranty on the whole envelope. We’re the only contractor in the Alabama-Georgia corridor offering both. See solar.

Free inspection from the owner himself.

No regional manager. No commission salesman. Just Joshuwa, on your roof, telling you what’s actually wrong and what it actually costs.
