Three ways to pay for a roof you actually need.

Roof loans  — 12, 18, or 24-month same-as-cash, or longer-term loans up to 15 years through our financing partners. Rates and terms depend on credit. Average monthly payment on a $14,000 roof is $135–$185.

Solar loans  — 25-year terms with rates starting around 5.99%. Most clients structure the loan so the monthly payment is less than what they were paying for power. After year 25 your panels are still producing.

Insurance pay-out direct  — If your roof is being replaced under an insurance claim, we accept the carrier’s payment directly. You usually only pay your deductible out of pocket.
